Base pay range

$31.00/hr - $38.00/hr

Position Summary

What you'll do...

  1. Lead and develop teams through training, active listening, and providing feedback; communicate and collaborate regarding store operations, technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction.
  2. Introduce and lead change efforts, set clear expectations, and communicate business objectives to teams.
  3. Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, manage customer service initiatives, and ensure customer needs are addressed effectively.
  4. Drive financial performance by reviewing profit and loss statements, managing budgets, controlling expenses, and ensuring sales and profit goals are met.
  5. Hire, train, mentor, and develop associates, assign duties, set expectations, recognize contributions, and promote diversity and inclusion.
  6. Develop relationships with stakeholders, support plans to meet customer and business needs, and measure progress towards goals.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and support Walmart’s mission, values, and ethics.
  8. Build high-performing teams, embrace diversity, and create an inclusive workplace where all associates can thrive.
  9. Act with integrity, maintain high standards, and support Walmart’s culture and community involvement.
  10. Deliver results with a customer-first approach, using data insights for decision-making, and balancing short-term and long-term priorities.
  11. Encourage continuous learning, adopt new technologies, and support change management.

Minimum Qualifications

2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.

Additional requirements include successful completion of relevant background checks and training programs.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Leadership, or related certifications, and experience supervising multiple direct reports with performance management responsibilities.
