What you'll do: Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates. Tour stores, provide feedback, communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations, technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction. Introduce and lead change efforts, set clear expectations, and implement business solutions. Demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, manage customer service initiatives, and develop action plans to improve customer experience. Drive financial performance by reviewing profit and loss statements, managing budgets, and ensuring sales and profit goals are met. Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing contributions. Ensure compliance with policies, support company values, and foster a culture of belonging and integrity. Focus on serving customers, striving for excellence, and supporting continuous improvement through technology and learning.

The hourly wage range is $31.25-$38.46 plus differential, with actual pay based on location and legislation. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and regional pay zones.
2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. Additional requirements include successful completion of relevant training and background checks for firearms or ammunition sales, if applicable.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Leadership, or certifications in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University. Experience supervising teams of 5 or more, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
