Position Summary: Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates. Tours stores, provides feedback, communicates and collaborates with all levels of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction. Introduces and leads company change efforts, providing clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions and communicate business objectives to teams effectively. Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards by following and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model, managing and supporting customer service initiatives, and ensuring customer needs and complaints are addressed. Develops and implements action plans to correct deficiencies and provides process improvement leadership to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Drives financial performance by reviewing and evaluating PL (Profit & Loss) statements, managing budgets, forecasting, controlling expenses, and ensuring effective merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and operational processes. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing contributions. Ensures compliance with company policies, supports Walmart’s mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, and fosters a culture of belonging and respect. Acts with integrity, serving customers and members by delivering results, making decisions based on data, and encouraging continuous improvement. The hourly wage range for this position is $31.25-$38.46 plus differential, with additional compensation through performance bonuses and possibly regional pay zones. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership, or relevant supervisory experience managing five or more direct reports.
