What you'll do... Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates. Tour stores, provide feedback, communicate and collaborate regarding store operations, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction. Lead change efforts, set clear expectations, and implement business solutions. Demonstrate exceptional customer service standards following the OBW service model. Manage customer service initiatives, resolve customer issues, and develop action plans to improve processes. Drive store financial performance by reviewing P&L statements, managing budgets, and ensuring operational excellence. Support and develop associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing contributions. Ensure compliance with policies and promote a culture of belonging, integrity, and excellence. Build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and foster a positive work environment. Support Walmart's mission to serve customers, act with integrity, and strive for continuous improvement.

The hourly wage range for this position is $31.25-$38.46 plus differential where applicable. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and regional pay zones.
2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. For firearm-related positions, successful completion of background checks and training are required. Attendance at and completion of required trainings is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership, or certifications in People and Business Leadership. Supervisory experience managing 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
