What you'll do... Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback. Communicates and collaborates with all levels of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction. Introduces and leads company change efforts, providing clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions and communicate business objectives effectively. Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards to store associates by following and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model. Manages and supports customer service initiatives, such as store community outreach programs, ensuring customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved. Develops and implements action plans to correct deficiencies and provides process improvement leadership to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating profit and loss statements, managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses. Monitors and ensures effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes. Develops and implements action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals. Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties. Sets clear expectations, provides recognition, and fosters a belonging mindset. Coordinates and oversees activities by developing relationships with stakeholders, supporting plans to meet customer and business needs, and promoting continuous learning. Ensures compliance with company policies and supports Walmart's mission and values by implementing related action plans and supporting the Open Door Policy. Respects individuals by building high-performing, diverse teams, creating a culture of belonging, and supporting associates' growth. Acts with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance, modeling Walmart values, and supporting sustainability initiatives. Serves customers by delivering results, making data-driven decisions, and considering the needs of customers, associates, and the community. Strives for excellence by encouraging learning, innovation, and resilience.

The hourly wage range is $31.25-$38.46 plus differential where applicable, with additional bonuses for performance and location.
Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college or equivalent experience, or supervisory experience. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership or related fields, and experience supervising multiple direct reports.
