Position Summary...

What you'll do...

1. Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback.
2. Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards to store associates by following and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model.
3. Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating Profit Loss (PL) statements and managing budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
4. Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring associates.
5. Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
6. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission values and standards of ethics and integrity.
7. Builds high-performing teams, embraces differences, and creates a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected.
8. Delivers results while putting the customer first and makes decisions based on data insights and analysis.
9. Displays curiosity and a desire to learn, and drives continuous improvements.

Minimum Qualifications...

Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position:

1. 2 years of college; OR
2. 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR
3. 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.

For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training is required.

Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
