Position Summary...

This role involves leading and developing teams by teaching, training, actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback. Responsibilities include communicating and collaborating with all levels of staff regarding store operations, utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction. The position also requires introducing and leading change efforts, providing clear expectations, and implementing business solutions. Exemplary customer service standards must be modeled and demonstrated, managing and supporting customer service initiatives, and developing action plans to address deficiencies. The role includes driving financial performance by managing budgets, monitoring sales, and controlling expenses, as well as ensuring effective merchandise presentation and inventory flow. Additionally, the position involves supervising and developing associates, ensuring compliance with policies, supporting company values, and fostering a culture of belonging and integrity. The candidate should demonstrate respect for individuals, act with integrity, serve customers effectively, strive for excellence, and support continuous improvement.
