This Principal Recruitment Consultant role focuses on sales and business development, selling ByteHire's recruitment services to new companies and opening conversations with hiring decision-makers.

You will build long-term recruitment partnerships, lead commercial discussions on fees, and work with ByteHire's sourcing and screening

Qualifications

• Significant recruitment experience, ideally in technology.
• Proven success winning new recruitment clients and generating revenue.
• Experience developing your own recruitment desk, territory or client portfolio.
• Good understanding of the US technology hiring market.
• Knowledge of software engineering, AI, cloud, DevOps, data or cybersecurity recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Generate new recruitment relationships across the US technology market.
• Identify companies with technical hiring needs and engage key decision-makers.
• Build relationships with CTOs, engineering leaders, talent teams and founders.
• Generate opportunities through direct outreach, networking and referrals.
• Lead client relationship conversations and present ByteHire's services.
• Convert prospects into active vacancies and long-term client relationships.
• Assist with commercial discussions around recruitment fees and terms.
• Grow existing accounts and identify further hiring opportunities.
• Work with ByteHire's sourcing and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
