Signify Technology is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead full 360 recruitment within the US/LATAM market from our Austin headquarters in a hybrid role. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for Software Engineering, Data, ML or AI roles, partnering with clients and candidates to build lasting partnerships.

Qualifications

• 360 recruitment experience in a technology recruitment environment.
• Experience in the US technology market.
• Proven billing track record in recruitment.
• Experience managing hiring partnerships in Software Eng, Data/ML/AI.
• Strong commercial awareness and selling skills.
• Able to operate in a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships in US / LATAM market.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end 360 recruitment processes.
• Deliver against multi-hire client requirements.
• Build and maintain candidate networks within your market.
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Contribute to growth of longer-term client partnerships.
