Job summary

Signify Technology, a London-headquartered recruitment consultancy, is expanding its US client partnerships from its US operations. As a Recruitment Consultant aligned to the US market, you will manage full 360 end-to-end recruitment across Software Engineering, Data, ML or AI, partnering with clients and candidates to build long-term relationships.

You will develop new US tech business, handle end-to-end hiring processes, and deliver against multi-hire client requirements while maintaining

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role within a technology recruitment environment.
• Experience working within the US technology market.
• A track record of consistent billing within a recruitment setting.
• Experience developing and managing hiring partnerships within Software Engineering, Data, Machine Learning or AI markets.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to sell hiring solutions.
• Ability to operate within a high-performance environment.
