Job summary

Sona is expanding its US Talent function and seeking a Talent Partner to own end-to-end US hiring for New York, San Francisco, and Austin. You will shape the candidate experience, build scalable processes, and collaborate with senior leaders to accelerate growth in a fast-moving, AI-enabled environment.

You will lead GTM hiring with some Customer and other roles, driving a data-driven process, leveraging AI tools, and helping establish the US talent function as the company scales its frontline

Qualifications

• Experience leading full lifecycle recruitment in high-ambiguity environments.
• Specialist in hiring GTM talent for fast-moving organisations.
• Strong sourcer with outbound pipeline discipline.
• Data-driven with funnel ownership and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring for US-based roles end to end across New York, San Francisco and Austin hubs.
• Hire primarily go-to-market roles (sales, marketing) with growth into Customer and other functions.
• Lay foundations of the US talent and people function as we scale, including employer brand and processes.
• Innovate using AI to improve speed, quality, and efficiency of hiring at Sona.
