Wärtsilä Energy is seeking a Site Resource Manager, Network USA to lead a team of site professionals supporting power generation projects worldwide. You will play a key role in resource planning, people leadership, safety, competence development and operational excellence while collaborating closely with project management and delivery teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience (3+ years).
- Experience with project execution, workforce planning, and resource management.
Responsibilities
- Develop Wärtsilä construction and commissioning resource hub in the US.
- Lead a team of construction and commissioning professionals.
- Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and utilization for projects.
- Perform line management: coaching, performance management, development.
- Support onboarding, site mobilization, and assignment planning.
- Coordinate travel, visas, and compliance for international assignments.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet staffing needs.
- Drive competency development and succession planning.
- Support recruitment and workforce growth initiatives.
- Promote safety culture and QEHS standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
