Job summary

Vision RT is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to move customer orders, replacements, and returns through the US operation accurately and on time. You will support Operations, Service, Field Service Engineers, warehouses, customers and Finance, while maintaining reliable records and improving day-to-day workflows.

You will manage orders, stock, shipments and documentation in Sage 200 and CRM, ensuring KPIs are met and escalation paths are followed for risks and delays.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations or service operations and order processing.
• Familiar with Sage 200, ERP, and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process orders in Sage 200 and CRM with complete information.
• Coordinate order fulfilment, packing, and dispatch with warehouses.
• Track KPIs and escalate risks or delays.
• Serve as main US replacement-parts contact and ensure shipment closure.
• Maintain accurate records of stock, returns and shipments.
• Support documentation and reporting for Finance and Ops.
