Riverstone Logistics is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support routing, dispatching, and client delivery objectives at a specific profit center. The role involves monitoring motor carrier performance, providing feedback, and assisting customer care in proactive issue resolution.

Office or warehouse presence is required to maximize site performance. You will work closely with management, carriers, and client teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and strong service levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Strong people and operational management skills.

• Routing, scheduling, and checking on delivery status.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate day-to-day delivery operations, including monitoring loadout, delivery activity, and carrier needs.
• Ensure timely reporting of loadouts, returns, and carrier compliance.
• Maintain professional relationships with management, carriers, and client employees.
• Utilize client-specific routing software.
• Communicate updates with other departments as needed.
• Check in reschedules from carriers and process returns.
• Move inventory safely using material handling equipment as needed.
• Serve as point of contact for client escalations.
• Schedule orders and notify customers of time windows for next day delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
