Job summary

RS Americas is seeking a Service Delivery Support Coordinator to ensure smooth operational execution within the Solutions & Services team. You will coordinate with Supply Chain, Custom Order, and Technical Solutions Centers, Sales, and Customer Success to keep information flowing and service reliable.

The role emphasizes managing internal systems, processing orders, and ensuring accurate data in ERP and CRM tools while maintaining strong collaboration across functions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in service delivery, operations support, or related admin role.
• Proficient with ticketing/workflow systems (ServiceNow preferred).
• Familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce) and ERP systems (SAP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Strong collaboration across departments; capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order/delivery support with internal and external teams.
• Manage eProcurement admin tasks and troubleshoot punchout orders.
• Oversee ServiceNow tickets, SLAs, and portal onboarding processes.
• Maintain internal catalogs and SharePoint/Teams content for Solutions & Services.
• Support broader administrative tasks as assigned by management.
