Job summary

RS Group Americas is seeking a Service Delivery Support Coordinator to drive smooth operations within the Solutions & Services team. You will partner with Supply Chain, Custom Order, Sales, Customer Success and Business Development to manage information flow and ensure exceptional service to customers.

The role emphasizes managing internal systems, coordinating critical processes, and supporting day-to-day service delivery to improve reliability, transparency, and efficiency across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in service delivery, operations support, supply chain coordination, customer support, or related administrative role.
• Proficiency with ticketing or workflow management systems (ServiceNow strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM tools (SalesForce preferred) and ERP systems (SAP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete daily tasks independently.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, SharePoint, Teams, Excel and Outlook.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and build productive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Order & Delivery Support: work with internal supply chain teams and manufacturers to address part shortages and fulfillment challenges.
• Communicate part availability and order status to stakeholders; provide shipment tracking to internal sales teams.
• Own material/BOM creation process for the CS M team; confirm pricing for Custom Order reorders.
