Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Customer Operations / Logistics Coordinator to manage orders from release through shipment, ensuring on-time routing, processing, and delivery. You will monitor status, communicate with warehouses and carriers, and ensure compliance with routing guides and documentation.

The role requires 1–3 years in customer operations or logistics, proficiency in Excel and ERP/TMS/WMS systems, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize order execution.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer operations, logistics coordination, order management, transportation, or related environment.
• Experience supporting customer orders from release through shipment.
• Familiarity with routing, freight coordination, shipping documentation, and customer compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to track multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders from release through shipment.
• Monitor order status daily and identify potential issues or delays impacting shipment.
• Prepare routing requests, bills of lading, shipping documents, and other freight paperwork.
• Coordinate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to schedule shipments and resolve routine shipping issues.
• Escalate order, routing, inventory, warehouse, or transportation issues to appropriate team members when needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, and Planning teams to support customer commitments.
• Assist with identifying opportunities to improve order tracking, shipment visibility, and overall order execution processes.
