Zencargo is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for the USA based in New York. You will own the strategy and execution of new business acquisition, expanding our footprint with mid-market and enterprise shippers who want to optimize their supply chains using AI-powered logistics.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and manage an end-to-end B2B sales process.
• Strong pricing, margin and deal-structuring know-how.
• Experience analysing market trends and competitive intelligence.
• Familiarity with contract negotiation and international trade basics.
• Comfort with discussing digital platforms and AI-driven supply chains.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a focused US growth plan aligned with Zencargo’s objectives.
• Identify opportunities across verticals and trade lanes; open new markets.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and internal teams to create value.
• Own the sales pipeline from prospecting to close with accurate CRM forecasting.
• Lead complex negotiations and structure commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations and Customer Success.
