Job summary

BLP is seeking an SDR Team Lead for the US in Boston to build and scale the US outbound pipeline. You will hire 6–8 reps, ramp them, own the US pipeline number, and craft the US playbook by adapting the DACH experience.

You will report to the VP of Business Development and work closely with the US country lead and AEs, acting as player-coach until the team is self-sustaining. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to opening the US market.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SDR/BDR teams in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Has carried and hit a pipeline number as a leader.
• Experience selling to US enterprise buyers (Finance, Procurement, or Operations).

Responsibilities

• Hire the founding US SDR team of 6 to 8 reps: set the bar, run the interview loop, and decide who gets in.
• Own the US SDR pipeline number and forecast it to the VP of Business Development.
• Build outbound cadence, qualification, SDR-to-AE handoff, and CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
• Coach the team daily: call reviews, weekly 1:1s, and live feedback to turn reps into producers.
• Ramp the team fast with onboarding you own and continuously improve.
