Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Sales Manager to drive profitable growth on the DSV Road US team in Midland/Odessa, TX. You will acquire new customers, reactivate dormant accounts, and nurture relationships within the small- and medium-sized market while promoting road transport, freight brokerage, and logistics solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales, business development, or related experience preferred.
• Experience building customer relationships and supporting revenue growth initiatives preferred.
• Experience in KPI-driven, goal-oriented environments preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management tools preferred.
• Transportation and logistics industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories and target segments.
• Acquire new customers through prospecting, networking, referrals, industry engagement, and relationship-building.
• Reactivate inactive accounts and develop strategies to increase revenue and engagement.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of accounts to support revenue growth and retention.
• Present and propose transportation and logistics solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Operations, and Sales Support to deliver competitive proposals.
