Job summary

Annapurna partners with a leading global financial services organisation to appoint a Reward Partner supporting their US business. This role offers visibility within the global Reward team and ownership of US compensation and benefits strategy, programmes and governance.

You will partner with HR, Finance and senior stakeholders to deliver market benchmarking, job architecture, salary structures and compliance with US legislation, while guiding reward analytics and wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong US compensation and benefits experience.
• Deep knowledge of US benefits and reward regulations.
• Experience within a multinational or complex corporate environment.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• A commercial and data-driven approach to reward.

• Leading compensation and benefits activities across the US population.
• Managing annual salary review and incentive processes.
• Providing expert advice on reward strategy, pay decisions and talent retention.
• Overseeing US benefits programmes, wellbeing initiatives and vendor relationships.
• Conducting market benchmarking and reward analytics to inform business decisions.
• Maintaining job architecture, grading frameworks and salary structures.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant US reward and benefits legislation.
