Job summary

Aon is seeking a Partner, Head of Rewards, North America to lead the Rewards business across the region, shaping strategy, driving growth and delivering market-leading rewards solutions to clients across enterprise and mid-market segments.

This role combines deep rewards expertise with senior leadership, accountability for P&L, and collaboration with Talent Solutions to integrate rewards with workforce analytics and transformation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in total rewards consulting or senior in-house rewards leadership.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and managing P&L.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and partner with executive leadership.
• Strong client advisory skills with CHRO/CFO interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA Rewards business growth, profitability, forecasting and budgeting.
• Define strategy and growth agenda, aligned with broader Talent solutions.
• Differentiate and scale mid-market and enterprise rewards offerings.
• Drive market leadership through client engagements and thought leadership.
• Mentor leaders, develop talent pipeline and ensure accountability.
