You will design, govern and continuously improve US compensation and benefits programmes, partnering with People Leaders, Finance, Legal and external advisers to ensure competitive, compliant rewards aligned with business objectives.

• Strong knowledge of market benchmarking, salary structures and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Compensation & Benefits partner to the US business, advising on reward matters.
• Lead annual reward activities including salary reviews and benefits enrolment.
• Own and enhance US compensation and benefits programmes with market insights and stakeholder input.
• Provide governance, policy reviews and vendor management for reward programmes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance across all US reward initiatives.
