Job summary

WS Audiology USA is seeking a Senior Reward Manager for the Americas to drive a consistent reward framework and governance across the global organization. You will partner with US compensation/benefits teams and lead Workday implementations to support global job architecture and the Reward Centre of Excellence.

The role requires proven leadership in compensation and benefits, deep international reward knowledge, and the ability to influence senior leaders while delivering scalable processes

Qualifications

• Proven track record in compensation and benefits leadership (7–10 years).
• Global reward expertise across multiple countries and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience running end-to-end reward cycles (merit, STI, LTI).
• Mercer IPE knowledge is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own global Reward processes end to end, from guidelines to execution.
• Advise Americas HR and business leaders on Reward topics.
• Collaborate with compensation/benefits teams to ensure market competitiveness and global alignment.
• Design and implement Reward processes and governance in Workday.
• Support global job architecture and governance within Reward Centre of Excellence.
