Hiscox USA is seeking a Reward Partner–US to act as the US reward expert within Group Reward, aligning local practices with global strategy. You will lead salary reviews, benefits enrolment and governance, partnering with People Leaders, Finance and Legal to ensure competitive and compliant programmes.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management and the ability to deliver across multiple states within a hybrid working model. Salary range reflects market and experience.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in US compensation and benefits within complex or multinational organisations.
• Strong knowledge of market benchmarking, compensation design, salary structures and incentive programmes.
• Deep understanding of US benefits legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Compensation & Benefits partner to the US business, guiding reward decisions.
• Lead annual reward activities including salary reviews and benefits enrolment.
• Own and enhance US compensation and benefits programmes with market insights.
• Provide expert advice on reward strategy and governance to US stakeholders.
• Use benchmarking and analytics to inform evidence-based decisions.
