Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a cybersecurity professional to lead vulnerability management and continuous monitoring for a FedRAMP and CCCS environment. You will coordinate POAMs, metrics, and artifacts, interfacing with government customers and internal teams to ensure security posture remains strong.

You will bring experience in governance, risk, and compliance, plus hands-on work with automation, AI agents, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with industry cybersecurity standards such as FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, GovRAMP, TX-RAMP or equivalent.
• Proficiency with vulnerability management tooling and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to grasp concepts in governance, risk, architecture and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly vulnerability management/continuous monitoring (ConMon) program for a large, multi-cloud FedRAMP Class D and CCCS Medium/Protected B environment.
• Process vulnerability data into a Plan of Actions and Milestones (POAM) and drive completion with engineering teams.
• Liaise with engineering to improve the continuous monitoring process.
• Generate and manage ConMon metrics for internal and external government audiences.
• Interface with government agency customers and review ConMon metrics.
• Prepare ConMon artifacts (scans, POAMs, inventories) for annual security assessments.
• Work with team lead to manage FedRAMP ConMon changes.
• Onboard new Motorola product teams into the ConMon program.
• Improve ConMon processes with automation and AI agents.
• Maintain process documentation.
