Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to lead vulnerability management and continuous monitoring for a large multi-cloud environment. You will coordinate with engineering teams to address POAM findings and maintain ConMon metrics for government customers.

The role requires US citizenship, ability to obtain security clearance, and a remote work setup within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of professional work experience in cybersecurity.
• 1+ years of vulnerability management experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly vulnerability management/continuous monitoring (ConMon) program for a large multi-cloud FedRAMP environment.
• Process vulnerability data into a Plan of Actions and Milestones (POAM) and drive completion with engineering teams.
• Liaise with engineering to improve the continuous monitoring process.
• Generate and manage ConMon metrics for government audiences.
• Interface with government customers to review ConMon metrics.
• Prepare ConMon artifacts for annual security assessments.
• Manage FedRAMP ConMon-related changes with the team lead.
• Onboard new Motorola product teams into continuous monitoring.
• Improve monitoring processes with automation and AI agents.
• Maintain process documentation.
