Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to perform and lead FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST RMF assessments for client information systems. The role focuses on secure cloud architecture, vulnerability management, and clear, actionable reporting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of FISMA A&A experience, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. Remote work is supported with substantial travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in FISMA-based security Assessment & Authorization activities.
• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain active security clearance.
• Expert knowledge of FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST RMF; strong cloud security understanding.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to perform interviews and lead assessment discussions.
• Analyze security controls and craft evidence-supported assessments.
• Prepare reports, attestations, and customer-facing documentation.
• Lead remediation planning and guidance with cross-functional teams.
