Qualifications

• Experience with industry cybersecurity standards (FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, GovRAMP, TX-RAMP, AZRAMP, ITSG-33, ISM-Australia).
• Experience with vulnerability management tooling and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to grasp security governance, risk, architecture and operations concepts clearly.
• Highest integrity with confidential information.
• Proactive problem identification and solution mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Light coding/scripting skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly vulnerability management/continuous monitoring (ConMon) program for a large multi-cloud FedRAMP Class D environment.
• Process vulnerability data into a Plan of Actions and Milestones (POAM) and drive completion with engineering teams.
• Liaise with engineering to complete and improve ConMon processes.
• Generate and manage ConMon metrics for government and internal audiences.
• Interface with government agency customers and review ConMon metrics.
• Prepare ConMon artifacts (scans, POAMs, inventories) for annual security assessments.
• Onboard new Motorola product teams into the ConMon program.
• Improve continuous monitoring with automation and AI agents.
• Maintain process documentation.
