Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a security-focused professional to lead vulnerability management and continuous monitoring for a large, multi-cloud environment under FedRAMP Class D and CCCS assessments. You will coordinate with engineering teams, prepare POAMs, and manage ConMon metrics for government agencies while onboarding new product teams into the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or related field and 4+ years of professional work experience.
• Experience with industry cybersecurity standards such as FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, GovRAMP, TX-RAMP, AZRAMP, ISM, or CCCS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly vulnerability management and continuous monitoring (ConMon) program for a FedRAMP Class D, CCCS environment.
• Process vulnerability data into POAM and drive completion with engineering teams.
• Liaise with engineering to improve ConMon processes and generate ConMon metrics for government audiences.
• Prepare ConMon artifacts for annual security assessments and monitor changes.
• Onboard product teams into the ConMon program and pursue process automation improvements.
