Position overview

We’re seeking an ambitious Regional Sales Director to lead business growth in their market. This sales-focused role involves identifying new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. It offers a competitive base salary and a highly rewarding commission structure with substantial earning potential. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in light industrial staffing sales or selling into large-scale manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a targeted sales plan for the market, identify growth areas, and employ effective tactics to surpass revenue goals.
  2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing tailored staffing solutions.
  3. Lead Generation: Use cold calling, networking, and industry events to generate and qualify new leads.
  4. Business Development: Identify and close new business opportunities in light industrial and skilled trades industries.
  5. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations demonstrating our platform’s value and staffing solutions.
  6. Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies.
  7. Travel: Travel extensively within the region to meet clients, attend industry events, and nurture relationships.
  8. Reporting & Forecasting: Regularly report sales progress, forecast revenue, and update senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience selling staffing solutions to large accounts with high volume needs, especially in light industrial sectors like warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.
  • Consultative sales approach with creative problem-solving skills to address client pain points.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for relationship building and deal closing.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and earning incentives.
  • Willingness to travel/commute 25%–50% within the region to meet clients and develop business.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive, solution-oriented business development skills.
