Founded in 2021, The Nest Schools is a new Early Childhood organization led by experienced professionals. Our vision is to raise kind, healthy, happy, and inspired children and to be the leading provider of early childhood programs. We are seeking a Regional Director to lead our Indianapolis Nest Schools, emphasizing the value of Early Childhood Education and recognizing our staff as Professional Educators.

Each school is supported by a Director, Assistant Director, and a Full-Time Education Coordinator. Our Home Office provides support in recruiting, billing, family resources, curriculum, maintenance, and staff retention. Our Regional Directors also receive support from VPs of Operations and other team members.
