We are looking for a Regional Director who values Early Childhood Education and believes that our Administrative teams and teachers are all Early Childhood Professional Educators.

Our schools are supported by a Director, Assistant Director, and a Full-Time Education Coordinator. Our Home Office provides support in recruiting, hiring, billing, family resources, enrollment, curriculum, and maintenance. Additionally, we have a dedicated department focused on Employee Engagement and staff retention. Our Regional Directors also receive support from our VPs of Operations and other team members.

• Previous Regional Director experience required, preferably managing at least 5 large schools.
• Early Childhood Education experience required.
• Director Credential preferred.
• Preference for candidates residing in the Atlanta Region.
