Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Specification Sales Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead and manage our specification sales team, driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, mentoring team members, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage: Oversee the specification sales team, setting and tracking sales targets, and ensuring team performance aligns with company goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Team Development: Coach and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, conducting regular training sessions and performance reviews.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure brand consistency and optimize sales efforts.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the lighting industry or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with lighting products and specifications is highly desirable.
  • Proactive: Ability to work independently and proactively, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
