Job summary

BrightFarms Inc., operating Cox Farms payroll, is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Atlanta, GA to manage US payroll processing. You will work with HR, Finance, and vendors to ensure accurate, on-time pay and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 1–3 years of US payroll experience, ADP or similar systems, and strong attention to detail. You will maintain SOPs, support year-end processes, and uphold data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of US payroll processing experience.
• Knowledge of wage and hour rules and garnishments.
• Experience with ADP or similar payroll systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process US payroll end to end using ADP Workforce Now/Workforce Manager.
• Review and enter payroll changes from multiple US locations.
• Process weekly payroll submissions for hourly staff.
• Enter and audit employee changes and issue related letters.
• Calculate off-cycle payments and corrections as needed.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and escalate when needed.
• Generate and reconcile payroll General Ledger reports in ADP.
