Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) with demonstrated leadership of scientific/medical teams.
• Seven years in pharma or payer experience, preferably in oncology.
• Five years of front-line field medical leadership with experience in scientific exchange with payor decision makers.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic payer and health systems medical engagement and field execution for USMA PHS in oncology.
• Oversee US payer/input into CMAP and Global V&I plans; manage budgets and approvals.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Outcomes Research, Clinical Development, and other USMA teams.
