Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) with leadership experience in medical affairs.
• At least 7 years in pharma/payer experience, preferably oncology.
• 5 years front-line field medical leadership with payor insights.
• Proven track record designing and implementing strategic medical initiatives.
• Experience leading in a complex, matrixed global organization.
• Willingness to adopt AI-first approaches; strong executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for PHS and oversee field medical MAD teams.
• Lead US payer & access strategy within CMAP goals and V&I alignment.
• Integrate external KDM and payer insights into strategic planning.
• Lead and mentor a multi-layered PHS MAD field team for execution excellence.
• Manage annual PHS Oncology budget and ensure compliant expense approval.
