Qualifications

• Doctoral or equivalent advanced degree in a health/medical field and demonstrated leadership in medical affairs.
• Experience in pharma payer or health systems with oncology focus is preferred.

• Strong executive communication and relationship-building with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead US payer & access strategy within PHS and CMAP alignment.
• Manage field medical strategy and execution through MAD teams and PASLs.
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for US payer initiatives.
