Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Head operations and backend for US accounts, ensuring achievement of business goals.
• Own P&L delivery with accountability for profitability, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Oversee execution of interior fit-out projects with quality, timelines, and profitability.
• Lead weekly project reviews to define success factors, track KPIs, and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate across design, engineering, services, and procurement for seamless delivery.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive proactive resolution of delays and unexpected challenges.
