We are partnering with an exciting and highly successful international hospitality brand as they prepare for significant expansion across the United States.

As part of this growth, they are seeking a Senior Director of Operations to serve as a key member of the executive leadership team.This is very much a VP-level role with responsibility for helping build, scale, and lead the U.S.operation.

This is a rare opportunity to join a brand at the ground-floor stage of its U.S.growth.The successful candidate will play a critical role in everything from pre-opening strategy and development meetings to recruiting leadership teams, launching venues, building operational infrastructure, and supporting future expansion.

We're looking for a proven hospitality leader from top restaurant groups, luxury hospitality brands, or acclaimed fine dining operators who understands both the strategic and hands-on side of growing a business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading operational strategy and execution for U.S.expansion
