Insight Global seeks an Associate Vice President, Operations to lead construction operations across a designated region, aligning with company strategy and driving excellence across projects valued from $50M+. This senior role develops Operations Directors and their teams to ensure consistent execution, scheduling, risk management, safety, productivity, and quality.

You will partner with senior leaders to implement strategic initiatives, improve processes, and foster a culture of accountability

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of construction operations experience
• Proven leadership experience with 5+ years leading teams
• 10+ years in mechanical construction; HVAC/plumbing core
• Experience leading large-scale projects (>= $50M)
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Strong scheduling and operational planning
• Experience with productivity tracking and metrics
• People-first leadership with coaching and development

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction operations across a defined region
• Lead and develop Directors and teams for consistent execution
• Drive scheduling, forecasting, safety, productivity, and quality
• Implement strategic initiatives with leadership
• Leverage productivity metrics to improve outcomes
• Travel up to 10% to project sites
