Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site operations and ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor timelines and costs, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Facilitate clear client communication and manage internal stakeholder relationships.
• Identify suitable general contractors (GCs) from a pool of options.
• Define scope of work and negotiate costs after evaluating quotations.
• Set project objectives and oversee lifecycle, tracking progress and assignments.
• Coordinate with GC to ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and components.
• Collaborate with logistics to monitor furniture and material deliveries from India to US sites.
• Engage vendors, address concerns, and resolve issues.
• Ensure accurate documentation for management and client reporting.
• Provide guidance to workers on daily tasks.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients, team leads, and design teams.
• Lead weekly and daily scrums with clients and GC.
• Handle escalations per escalation matrix.
