Job summary

Volta Medical, a data-driven MedTech innovator, seeks a US Operations Specialist to oversee logistics, inventory and quality system activities in a hybrid Providence, RI role. You will manage end-to-end product traceability, coordinate movements and maintain regulatory readiness to support Volta US operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least four years in operations coordination, with Medtech experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years in Operations Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience in Medtech industry preferred.
• Strong inventory, ERP/CRM, and logistics experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee distribution, logistics and inventory management with end-to-end traceability.
• Drive operational excellence and regulatory readiness.
• Maintain QMS documentation, records and compliance.
• Provide technical support for device installation, configuration and servicing.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
