Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to oversee end-to-end supply chain, quality systems, and inventory control in a regulated medical device environment.

You will coordinate product movements, maintain ERP records, support audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in operations, preferably in startups or regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an Operations Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience in startup or fast-growing environment.
• Experience in medical device or regulated industries preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Copilot).
• Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems for inventory/operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate operational, supply chain, and quality system activities.
• Maintain end-to-end product traceability through accurate ERP records.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee product movements for timely delivery.
• Manage inventory control including forecasting, replenishment, and reconciliation.
• Support inventory and operational audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify, document, and escalate product complaints and quality issues.
• Support complaint investigations and corrective actions.
• Provide installation, configuration, deployment, and device-servicing support as needed.
