Job summary

A global technology company is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst. This fully remote position requires 3+ years in Business or Revenue Operations, strong Excel skills, and the ability to solve problems proactively. You will maintain operational data accuracy, support sales processes, and contribute to performance tracking as part of a dynamic team dedicated to optimizing operations across the US.

We're looking for a highly motivated Operations Analyst to join our US Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience who thrives at the intersection of data, systems, and strategy. You'll help bring structure to our day‑to‑day commercial operations — maintaining data accuracy, supporting sales and marketing processes, and driving insight and efficiency across our go‑to‑market engine.

You’ll partner closely with our Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and FP&A teams to keep our operating rhythm running smoothly, support key projects and initiatives including planning and performance tracking, and build scalable systems and reporting foundations as we expand across the US.

This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically minded operator eager to build a long‑term career in Revenue / GTM Operations and contribute directly to growth.

Requirements

To ensure you succeed in this role, you’re going to need:

• 3+ years in Business / Sales / Revenue Operations, analytics, or consulting
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; Power BI or SQL a plus
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Clear communicator, organized, and eager to learn the mechanics of GTM
• A proactive problem‑solver who loves making systems work better

We’re proudly distributed across the globe, with each market being remote‑first. Depending on which market you’re joining, you might have office access or be fully remote — either works. All we ask is that you’re based in the country/region this role is advertised in.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000
