Vertex Computer Systems, Inc. is seeking a recruiter to source qualified professionals for US non-technical positions.

You will work with account managers and clients to clarify job requirements, identify suitable talent, and manage candidates through interviews, offers and onboarding in a full-time, ET business-hours environment. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in high-volume US recruitment, strong communication, and proficiency with ATS like JobDiva; you will source via job boards,

Qualifications

Hands-on experience recruiting for US non-IT positions, preferably in staffing or high-volume environment.
Understanding of US recruitment practices and candidate assessment.
Proficiency with job portals, Boolean searches, LinkedIn or similar platforms, and an ATS such as JobDiva.
Experience with ATS such as JobDiva.
Strong communication, attention to detail, follow-up and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

Clarify required experience, skills, education, certifications, work location and client expectations.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, resume databases, Boolean searches, referrals and the internal ATS.
Recruit for administrative, customer service, accounting and finance, HR, procurement, supply chain, operations, sales and other business support roles.
Screen candidates for role fit, relevant experience, communication, availability, location, compensation expectations and work authorization through approved processes.
Coordinate submissions, interviews and feedback; maintain timely candidate communication, accurate ATS records and organized talent pipelines.
Meet agreed sourcing, qualified-submission, interview and placement targets while following company procedures and applicable employment requirements.
