Compunnel is seeking a recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for US non-IT roles, collaborating directly with clients to close positions quickly. The role involves sourcing candidates via Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and networking, screening for technical fit, communication, and culture, and coordinating interviews to deliver a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruitment experience in the US market.
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant HR/Business degree preferred.
