Job summary

Sanofi's US Neurology and Immunology HEVA team in Cambridge, MA seeks a senior HEOR leader to design and execute health economics and outcomes research to demonstrate value for neurology and immunology assets. You will partner with medical affairs, policy, and market access to align evidence with payer needs.

You will set evidence generation priorities, oversee modeling and real-world data studies, and influence strategic decisions to support US launches and market access goals.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of HEOR or related field; CRO experience considered
  • Advanced scientific degree (PhD/MD/MS/MPH/PharmD)
  • Strong understanding of US payer policies and HTA processes

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute HEOR research to support value demonstration in US market
  • Drive HEVA tactics aligning with commercial objectives and access goals
  • Lead evidence generation plans for Neurology and Immunology indications
  • Collaborate with US Medical Affairs and Policy to inform value frameworks
  • Influence business decisions with data-driven HEOR insights
  • Support US launch readiness for Neurology and Immunology assets
