Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a HEVA (HEOR) Business Partner to lead health economics and outcomes research activities for AYVAKIT and the Rare portfolio in a global HEVA team. The role requires translating value propositions into evidence generation plans across systemic mastocytosis and emerging assets with strong cross-functional collaboration.

You will engage with payers, HTA bodies, and external partners to shape evidence strategies that support global launches while ensuring alignment with US payer

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific discipline.
• 5 years of experience in health economics, outcomes research, or related field.
• Global product launch experience; understanding payer evidence requirements.
• Experience translating value propositions into evidence hypotheses and plans.
• Publications in peer-reviewed journals or equivalent demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Lead HEOR activities for AYVAKIT and Rare assets within Global HEVA.
• Develop and execute asset-level HEOR strategies within global framework.
• Design and execute HEOR research incl. economic modeling, COA development, literature reviews, evidence synthesis, and value dossiers.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to align evidence strategy with US payer needs.
• Build relationships with payers and HTA bodies to advance HEOR science.
