Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of HEOR or outcomes research experience in biotech/pharma.
• Experience translating clinical/economic evidence into payer value materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop HEOR strategies aligned with development, medical, regulatory, and market access priorities.
• Lead real-world evidence studies using claims, EHR, and secondary data.
• Build cost-effectiveness and budget-impact models for global HTA submissions.
• Own launch deliverables (AMCP dossier, value dossiers, budget impact) and payer narratives.
• Manage external partners and multiple concurrent HEOR projects with quality and on-time delivery.
